1. WINDOWS 7 operation screen in Chinese is easy to learn and comprehend;
2. It has the functions of point, line, surface, arc, circle and irregular curve continuous compensation and three-axis linkage, and can apply to any irregular object filling;
3. The hard disk has large memory capacity, unlimited memory program, no need to reprogram, and the software has the functions of area array, translation and rotation operation, etc.;
4. The size and thickness of glue, filling speed, dispensing time and stop time can be set with parameters. The shot is stable without leakage;
5. Optional CCD visual programming system is to realize fast programming;
6. Three functions of glue proportioning, filling and track filling are realized in an integrated way with full-auto operation; the material is proportioned as required and it realizes the filling when mixing to save material to a large extent;
7. Unique control system, not affected by air pressure factors, avoids uneven shot, wire drawing, bubble and other defects;
8. The z-axis height adjusting device can adapt to the workpieces with different heights;
9. Reservoirs are equipped with liquid level sensor switches, which can automatically alarm in case of material shortage;

The micro piston pump is used for precise measurement, with good performance to suck and pump adhesives of different medias and viscosity; the reservoir rack and piston pump are lifted up for installment, the conveying pipeline is shortened with the internal pressure reduced so as to improve the potting accuracy.
